2022-07-02fix(home/git): install pre-commit toolFranck Cuny1-1/+1
The tool `pre-commit' is installed as part of the nix shell for this repository, but not on the host (or in my profile). It means that if I try to make a commit via Emacs/magit, it fails, since it's not in m
